Dennis J. Hoth - CEO
Dennis J. Hoth, CEO is a 40 year veteran of the commercial real estate business. In his career, he has been involved in the savings and loan business, been a licensed and designated real estate appraiser, a multi-state commercial real estate broker, formed numerous real estate partnerships, formed a real estate securities company and developed numerous properties from multi-family, retail shopping centers to office buildings to industrial parks. TransEquity does not develop alone. It is constantly seeking out strategic partners that will benefit a particular project.
Stephen J. Hoth - CFO, CPA, MBA
Stephen J. Hoth, CFO is a graduate of the University of Nebraska majoring in Accounting & Finance and minoring in Economics. He then continued to receive his Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in entrepreneurial companies primarily in the health food industry. He started with ConAgra Foods in Omaha, NE and then accepted the position of Brand Manager with Boulder Brand Foods in Boulder, CO. After the sale of Boulder Brands he accepted the CFO position of Califlower, a start-up health food company. He then moved to take the CFO position with another start-up health food company, Heavenly Waffles. He has always been interested in the real estate business and is adept in all aspects of financial modeling. He has joined TransEquity to lead our financial processes in our development projects.
