    We have been focusing on the development/redevelopment of strategically placed multi-family assets. Our new construction development concentrates on market-rate multi-family while our redevelopment program focuses on affordable housing using tax credits and other forms of government-subsidized financing.

    ​​Using our experience in LIHTC we are now working on developing a portfolio of affordable Assisted Living Facilities ("ALF") in strategic areas of the southwest and midwest regions. We recently completed new construction, 164-bed ALF in a southwest suburb of Phoenix, AZ.
